Justin was honest, responsive and gave me detailed options. The installation team was on time, polite and efficient. The office personnel was helpful and friendly. Goff Heating was recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed help.

We were having issues with our A/C, service was fast and very reasonably priced. The tech took the time to explain everything in depth and everyone we have dealt with in the office is wonderful. We ended up signing up for their Goff Care program and includes a spring and fall maintenance with discounts on parts etc if needed. Highly recommend.

The guys were prompt and courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the catastrophic failure that is our furnace and gave us options. And they were humane enough to bring us space heaters to get us through the inevitable wait time until our new furnace can be delivered/installed. As crises go, the guys made this one bearable.

We had a furnace equipment emergency and contacted Goff Heating & Cooling. We have had Goff as our go to company for twenty years. They responded and found the problem and fixed it for us. However the technician found we had a serious issue and needed to look into a new furnace. On Monday at the scheduled time a sales representative Joe followed up on the request. Joe was professional and very informative. We did purchase a new furnace. Joe said the installation team would be here the next day. The installation team arrived and started right away with the installation. The team was very professional and extremely careful not to make a mess or damage the walls to the basement. The team Mike, Julian and Devin were fantastic they had the job done in no time. Mind you this was Saturday evening when Goff was called about the issue and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. Thank you Goff for the fast and professional way you handled our crisis. Additional services were needed to hook up the air conditioner since the weather has gotten better. Jack and Devin came back and did great finishing up the job. Very satisfied with Goff.

In today’s world it is rare to find workers who understand the dividends of customer service. Charlie is the exception to the rule. He was not only knowledgeable but also has an easy way of being open and helpful. You should do all you can to invest in him. He will increase your income and business, as you are now my ‘go to contractor for plumbing and HVAC repairs! Good job Charlie!

We had a crack in our heat exchange and were quoted a price of $4000 to replace it. It was still under warranty. We decided to get a second estimate and called Goff. Shane came out and quoted us a price of less than half of our original quote. He was professional and recommended only what needed fixing. The techs replaced our heat exchange in less than a week. I highly recommend Goff for your heating and air-conditioning needs.

Wow, this is an amazing company. Nick really knows his craft. He fixed my boiler system and got my system working very quickly. I have used other HVAC companies before and this is the best HVAC company in the Midwest.
