I was so nervous for my visit today, dreading the words “You need a new furnace.” However, Brandon came and fixed my furnace in about 5 minutes and had her up and running like the first day she was installed!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not a pushy salesman!! Highly recommend!!

The lady in the office was great. She wanted details as we saw the heating problem so she could pass the information on to the technician. Elijah, the technician, was wonderful. He explained everything to us and took the time to listen to our concerns. Both people were polite and friendly. The response time was less than 24 hours.

The staff at Goff are the best. Our service tech did his best to repair our 20+ year old hvac but after a good effort, there was just too much. So they gave us a good solution on a new system and our home is comfortable again during this hot streak.

Had an initial dispute that was a misunderstanding. Good reputable company. Management will listen and resolve any disputes. I will call them if and when I need a/c work.

Don came out twice on a Sunday to fix the AC when everyone else told me they would schedule me for Monday.

Outstanding service! I called on a Sunday morning around 8 am. The A/C wasn't working at all. (Bad capacitor) It was repaired and working by 9:15 am. Because of the 10 year parts and labor warranty, there was no charge! Can't thank them enough.

Fast, knowledgeable, and quality work. My central AC went out and a Paul was dispatched to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Turns out my old unit was not repairable. The next day Joe came out and gave me a reasonable estimate which I accepted. The following morning, Owen, Ruben and Jason came out , put in a new unit. Everyone at Goff answered any questions I had and they were all professional and sincerely cared that I was happy and satisfied. I would recommend them highly and not hesitate to call them again.

My A/C went out when every day was about 95+. I called around and everyone else wanted to book for me about 5 or 6 days later when my house was sitting at 88 degrees. When I got ahold of Goff, they apologized that the earliest they could come out was the next day (way better than everyone else!).

I had two independently licensed contractors out just before and they both thought my compressor was shot and that I'd need to shell out a bunch of money on a new unit. I waited for Goff. Their technician, Elijah, was awesome. He noticed something in the wiring and 5 minutes later the compressor kicked on immediately. They saved me a ton of money and had my house cooled again for $90, which sure beats buying a new unit.

Goff takes care of you, they care more about finding a fix than upselling you with new products. Would recommend them to anybody.

Paul was a lifesaver! We had called another HVAC company when our AC went out over the very hot weekend. The tech from that company never came nor called. So we called Goff. They were here the SAME DAY and fixed our AC in MINUTES. Paul was courteous and professional—an absolute joy to talk to and we were ELATED to FINALLY be able to cool off our hot little house!!
