I could not be happier with the whole process of scheduling (it was so fast!), speaking with a sales representative learning about my options for replacing an old thermostat and other future plans (a new furnace and air to replace a 30 year old unit). To me, there is no reason to call anyone else. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Goff to anyone.UPDATEI love this company! I plan to have a new furnace and air conditioner put in next week. Joe makes it so easy to understand and I am confident that I will be getting a great deal. I am an informed consumer. This is not my first rodeo. I can recommend this company.UPDATE: Well, I just got my new furnace and air conditioner. I could not be happier! The men who removed my furnace (installed in 1995!!) and air conditioner and installed my new ones were fantastic! They cleaned my duct work and dryer vent too. They treated me with such respect and professionalism. They explained everything to me. They had to create a new venting system because the old one ran under a deck and was unsafe! I’m so grateful to the technicians and Erin who takes all the calls. She’s wonderful too!Update: a minor change was needed and a technician came out the same day (today). The adjustment is perfect!! Thank you!! The service I have received is outstanding!
